Cheeko Gotchi — The Desk Pet That Becomes Any App

Preorder. Ships August 2026. You're buying before we've built the first batch, so orders go out in the order they come in.

It's Rs. 3,999, and that's everything. GST is already in there, shipping inside India is on us, and nothing gets added at checkout.

So what is it? A tiny thing that sits on your desk with a screen and a little face. Mine runs a work timer most of the day and nags me to drink water, which I mostly ignore. You can make yours do whatever you want.

You can program it

It's open. The SDK is up on GitHub right now: github.com/ALTIO-AI-PRIVATE-LIMITED/cheeko-gotchi. Write something, plug in the USB-C cable, flash it. That's the whole loop.

We're also working on a phone app for Android and iOS with templates you can just tap to use, and a spot to share the ones you build. That part's coming, not here yet.

The rest of the time, it's a pet

When you're not using it, it just hangs out. Blinks. Nods off. Looks up when you talk to it. Honestly, a reminder lands a lot better when it comes from something you actually like looking at.

What's inside

• Screen: 2.01 inch colour touchscreen, 240 x 296
• Chip: ESP32-S3 (N16R8)
• Sound: two mics with echo cancellation, 3 W speaker
• Motion: 3-axis accelerometer, so it feels shakes, taps and tilts
• Battery: 600 mAh, roughly 3 to 4 hours of active use, about 6 months just sitting on standby
• Charging: USB-C
• Wireless: Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE
• Body: ABS plastic, about 40 mm across
• Colours: Charcoal, Red, Lime, White, Orange

These are our target specs from the supplier for now. We'll post the final confirmed numbers before anything ships.

Some honest stuff

This is early hardware, built by a small team. If you want something flawless that never changes, honestly, wait for version three. If you like getting in early and tinkering, you're going to enjoy this one.
