Where we ship
We currently ship within India only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
Preorders
Cheeko Gotchi is currently sold as a preorder. Units ship in August 2026, in order of purchase. Your payment is taken at checkout to reserve your unit from the first production run. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships — see our Refund Policy.
If the ship date changes, we will email everyone with an open preorder and tell you the new date. You are free to cancel for a full refund at that point.
Delivery times
Once your order is dispatched, you can typically expect delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote and non-metro pin codes may take a little longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders within India. The price you see includes GST, and nothing extra is added at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 48 hours of your dispatch notification, email us.
Delays
Cheeko Gotchi is early hardware from a first production run. If manufacturing or logistics delay your order, we will tell you directly rather than letting the date pass in silence.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
