Returns & Refunds
Return window: 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
Return shipping is on us. If you want to return your Cheeko Gotchi within the return window, we cover the cost of shipping it back — whether the device is faulty or you simply changed your mind.
How to return
Email hello@altio.me within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We will arrange a pickup or send you a prepaid label, and confirm the return address.
Condition
Please return the device with its cable and packaging, in a condition that reflects normal inspection and use. We cannot refund devices with physical damage, liquid damage, or a cracked screen caused after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few days more to appear on your statement.
Preorders
Cheeko Gotchi is currently sold as a preorder, shipping August 2026. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before your unit ships — just email us. Once the unit has shipped, the 7-day return window above applies from the date of delivery.
Colour availability
Cheeko Gotchi is offered in five colourways. In the unlikely event that a colour you ordered cannot be produced, we will contact you to offer an alternative colour or a full refund, at your choice.
Warranty
Every Cheeko Gotchi is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or damage from unauthorised modification. To make a warranty claim, email hello@altio.me with your order number and a description of the fault.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. Where local law gives you a longer return period or a longer legal guarantee than the terms above, those legal rights apply in full and take precedence over this policy.
